This License Patent Agreement was made between the Cookie Scouts and the Deebler Elves late in 2021. According to this agreement, the Cookie scouts were willing to purchase the use of Deebler Elf cookie printing machines; however, the Deebler Elves have gone back and broken the agreement. This means that the Deebler Elves legally have no claim or legal right to produce the highly sought-after Thick Mints, which Deebler had begun illegally producing this past June. This document was modeled after other similar Cookie Land deals with the wonderful Bueracrats over at the Cookie Land Food and Drug Patent Administration and Legislation overseeing the transaction.
